Deep change

Our change plans tend to stay on the surface. We focus on all the things that have to be done to move from point A to point B, but we give less attention to the underlying influences that could easily undermine the change.

Attitudes and behaviours in organisations are governed by a wide variety of factors, including such things as the ways in which people are recognised and rewarded, how key messages pass around the organisation (officially and unofficially), and so on.

To achieve sustained change, we need to identify how all these factors are operating in your organisation, and what needs to happen to them so that they can have a positive influence on the change, rather than compromising it.
