The leadership team sets the style. Their influence, good or bad, ripples out across the organisation. A really strong, focused, cohesive, decisive leadership team is the most powerful positive influence an organisation can have.

I work with leadership teams and with the structures and mechanisms through which they operate:

  • to identify constraints that are sapping their power and influence;
  • to bring to the surface the dynamics within the team, which brings them out of the undergrowth and into the conversation;
  • to establish more effective behaviours and ways of working;
  • to follow through to ensure that healthier patterns become established.
